An IR35 audit is designed to advise you on the impact of the changes and readiness of your business for the off-payroll working rules, effective from April 2020. The audit will provide a robust review of IR35 in respect of your contractor workforce, including recommendations for changes.
In advance of 6th April 2020, you and your clients will have a requirement to assess all in situ contractor engagements, and then as of the introduction date, all new and existing contractors on an ongoing basis. Qdos Status Review is designed specifically to help organisations with ongoing IR35 compliance management.
As standard, general guidance is provided as part of our services, however further bespoke consultancy work for any wider requirements can be delivered, whether for IR35 reform in the private sector or other relevant legislation such as the Criminal Finances Act and Onshore Intermediaries Legislation.
